ROOTED FACILITATOR INFORMATION

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has been through a Rooted experience

• Lives a spiritually and morally disciplined life

• Demonstrates vulnerability and authenticity

• Creates a safe environment

• Open to the leading of the Holy Spirit within the group

• Willing to pray out loud

• Listens well and is able to draw people out in conversations

• Ability to handle difficult conversations among different personality types and without preaching

• Ability and willingness to coach potential group leaders in facilitation skills

• Embodies the vision and values of New Life Church

• Is willing to commit to attending an initial training, weekly group meetings, weekly facilitator meetings, and two other outside group experiences (prayer and serving).
