As Christians, our response to this generosity is to joyfully give our time (volunteering), talents (offering our abilities), and treasures (finances). We believe the local church has answers for the world's greatest needs. Giving financially is one of the ways we partner with Jesus to bring hope and healing to our community and world through missional ministry.

GIVING FAQ

What are processing fees?
When you give online, either through bank transfer or card, processing fees are taken out of your donation to pay for the transaction. Our giving platform, Subsplash Giving, has some of the lowest fees in the industry, but there will still be a processing fee of 1-2% depending on how you give. In order to make your tithe go further, you can pay by bank transfer, which has the lowest fee, or you can check the box to cover those processing fees altogether.

What if I need to make changes (credit card, amount, date) to a recurring gift?
When you log into your Subsplash Giving account, you will be given a chance to edit or delete a scheduled contribution, including the credit card, date, frequency and amount. 

Is online giving secure?
We've taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for "Secure Socket Layer", a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
