Your Brain on Porn (For men only)
Hosted by Greg Richie

5 proven ways pornography warps your mind and 5 biblical ways to renew it.
For the follower of Christ, the goal
is not merely “quitting pornography,” but is something far richer and more comprehensive. If merely modifying behavior was the most important thing, there are any number of psychological tips and tricks one can use. But for the Christian, as it should be for all people, the goal is not merely recovering
from pornography but being remade by God Himself into the image of the perfect Man, Jesus Christ.
This is the work of the Holy Spirit.

where we both accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior, we have served with Family Life both as volunteers and full-time missionary staff for over 26 years. It has been our privilege to help strengthen

marriages and families around the country and around the world. We believe God has the answers for many of the tough challenges facing families every day. We have been married for nearly 30 years, and we have three adult children, two of which are married, and eight grandchildren! Marriage

and family are very important to us, and we thank the Lord daily for His goodness and His blessings!

Reclaiming Intimacy Through Connection & Pleasure
Hosted by Preeti Shah

God created sexuality and declared it was good. When sin entered the equation, distortions crept in keeping us from understanding and experiencing the sexual health God intended. This workshop will focus on the role of connection and pleasure and invite you to consider how your story, experiences, and cultural influences may hold you back from finding freedom and sexual wholeness.

It’s Not Your Fault (For women only)
Hosted by Steve Delaney

Have you recently discovered the sexual brokenness of the man you love? Self-doubt leads women to falsely believe they are not attractive enough, loving enough, sexual enough, or that there is some personal flaw that forced their partner to choose pornography or other forms of sexual behavior instead of them. Sometimes the man will place the blame on the woman, suggesting that if she would just change, the problem/behavior would go away. We will break through these destructive, false beliefs and present a factual perspective on sexual brokenness, pornography and sexual sin, and will help women understand that their partner’s behaviors began at an early age and are carried into the marriage as a hidden secret filled with denial, minimization and shame.

Steve Dulaney has been helping men get un-stuck from patterns of destructive behavior, moving from frustration, isolating pain and shame, toward a life of renewal and satisfying relationships for more than 10 years. His expertise includes providing both individual and group counseling for men who struggle with anxiety, trauma-related behavior, adoption issues, event-driven grief, and sex and pornography addiction.

Steve is the Executive Director of Prodigals International, a faith-based recovery program for men and women impacted by sexual addiction. Steve has been married for 30 years and has 2 children.

Break Destructive Patterns that Lead to Loneliness and Chaos
Hosted by Kerrie Arneson

Have you noticed repetitive patterns, thoughts and behaviors in your life that lead to hurt, misery, disappointment, fighting and chaos? Most of us have noticed how a single thought can in seconds create a reaction, turn us off, turn us on, or wreck a great day. We can do something about this! Come hear how the Bible gives us clear direction on how we can break free of these destructive cycles – it is the work of breaking strongholds.  Learn why this happens and what you can do to take back control with tactics that anyone can do.

Kerrie Arneson is a long-time member of New Life Church and has been involved with different ministries including facilitating groups in Mops, Discovery, Betrayal and Beyond, and more recently leading Betrayal Connections for women. Kerrie’s own personal story and experiences have led to her heart in helping women heal after sexual betrayals, and she has keen understanding and compassion for the various struggles that couples go through in working through their pain to come to a place of hope and trust again.
